Stage-2 admit card out for 01 November exam

The Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI), Lucknow, has released the Stage-2 admit card on 30 October 2026 for Nursing Officer and Hospital Attendant Grade-II under Advertisement No. I-08/1-12/Rectt/2025-26. The Stage-II examination is on 01 November 2026 (Sunday), offline pen-and-paper, in Lucknow district only. The notice said the admit card would be released 48 hours before the examination, and the city intimation slip was uploaded on 22 October 2026.

How to download

Open the SGPGI homepage and expand the notice "List of Eligible candidates for Stage 2 examination" for Nursing Officer and Hospital Attendant Grade-II. Click "Download Admit Card – Stage-2 Examination", which opens the SGPGI application portal. Download and print the card, and check the name, photograph, reporting time and centre on it before the exam day, since the exam is in Lucknow district only.

What to check on the card

Read every line on the card before the exam day, not at the gate. Check your name and photograph, the exam date of 01 November 2026, the reporting time, and the centre address, and make sure the centre is the one you expected. Take a photo identity document along with the printed admit card, and reach the centre early, since the examination is in Lucknow district only and late entry may not be allowed.
