Eligibility and pay

Assistant Manager (General) requires a two-year Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Assistant Manager (Technical) requires BTech/BE in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology. Assistant Manager (Finance) requires a Commerce degree with 3 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounting, or any degree with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate. Assistant Manager (Engineering) requires BE/BTech in Civil, Electrical (or Electrical & Electronics) or Mechanical. Junior Executive (General) requires a degree in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office, and Junior Executive (Technical) requires a B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, also with computer knowledge. Pay is Assistant Manager (E-1) Rs. 40,000–1,40,000 and Junior Executive (S-V) Rs. 29,000–93,000. There is a service bond of Rs. 1,00,000 for Assistant Manager and Rs. 50,000 for Junior Executive, for 2 years.

Fee and age

The fee, payable online only and non-refundable, is Rs. 1,350 for UR/EWS/OBC candidates (Rs. 850 application fee + Rs. 500 intimation charges) and Rs. 500 (intimation charges only) for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-serviceman/women candidates. The maximum age is 28 years for all posts, with relaxations for SC/ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD and Ex-servicemen.
