Eligibility

Assistant Manager: Group B officers of Central or State Government in the relevant discipline, or PSU employees in the analogous grade Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (IDA) (E2) with 4 years' service. Junior Manager: Central or State Government employees in the analogous grade (Level-7) or holding substantive posts in Level-7, or PSU employees in the analogous grade Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 (IDA) (E1) with 4 years' service. The job description requires a minimum of 5 years' working experience in Personnel/HR in Indian Railways, PSUs or other organisations, and command over computers (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience of SAP/HRMS is desirable. Age: not more than 55 years.
