The District Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Purba Medinipur, has invited online applications for 1 post of Cluster Programme Manager (CPM) under DISHA, under Recruitment Notice-II (Contractual) under NACP, Memo No. CMOH/Pbmd/DPMU/6688 dated 2 November 2026. Post and pay

Cluster Programme Manager (CPM), DISHA Unit, Purba Medinipur — 1 post (UR). Pay is Rs. 54,300 per month, purely contractual, for an initial period up to 31 March 2027, likely to be extended on satisfactory performance and Government approval.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Medical or allied health Sciences, OR a Master's degree in Public Health, Health Care Management, Health Care Administration, Social Science, Psychology, Applied Epidemiology, Demography, Statistics, Population Sciences or similar fields. Experience: 3 years for a Master's in Public Health, Health Care Management, Health Care Administration or Applied Epidemiology; 5 years in Public Health for a Bachelor's in Medical or allied Sciences or a Master's in Social Science, Psychology, Demography, Statistics or Population Sciences, including a minimum of 2 years in the HIV/AIDS sector. Experience is counted after obtaining the essential qualification, up to the first date of online application. Experience in HIV/AIDS programme management at National or State level carries more weight. Applicants must be permanent residents of West Bengal and must know the local languages.

Age

Maximum 50 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. No minimum age and no relaxation are stated in the notice.

Fee

The application fee is Rs. 100 for General categories and Rs. 50 for reserved categories, payable online only, and non-refundable.

Selection is on a scale of scoring of 100 marks — Written Test 50, Experience 20, Physical Interview including computer test 30. Interview dates, venue and shortlisting will be published on www.wbhealth.gov.in and www.purbamedinipur.gov.in. Apply online from 4 November 2026 to midnight of 26 November 2026; registration and fee payment must be completed by 25 November 2026, and full submission by midnight of 26 November 2026.
