Digital India Corporation (DIC), set up by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, has invited online applications for 1 post of Junior L1 / L2 Application Support under Advertisement No. N-22030/149/2024-DIC dated 3 November 2026. This is one of 11 posts under the same advertisement — one each — for DIC's Digital Office Platform, a multi-tenant, configuration-driven government case-management platform built as around 20 Spring Boot microservices, each with its own PostgreSQL database, behind a Next.js web application on sovereign / government cloud. The engagement is purely on contract / consolidated basis. The place of posting is Delhi/NCR, transferable to DIC project locations.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 1–2 years of experience in application / technical support.

The role needs a basic understanding of web applications, REST APIs and monitoring tools; strong communication and ticket-handling discipline, with ITIL awareness an advantage; and willingness to work in support rotations. The junior resource provides front-line user support and handles tickets / incidents at L1 / L2, routing true defects to L3; monitors application health across the engines, performs first-level troubleshooting and raises alerts; supports tenant onboarding activities and user enablement; and maintains the knowledge base, FAQs and support documentation, tracking ticket resolution against SLAs. This is one of three junior resources deployed against the L1 / L2 support posts.
