Delhi Metro International Limited (DMIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, has issued a walk-in screening advertisement (Advertisement DMIL/HR/Rectt./CMRL/PHASE-II/TECH/2026 dated 29 October 2026) for Technicians for the O&M work of Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Phase-II, at Chennai, on a contractual engagement basis. Qualification, age and package

Qualification: Matriculation/Class 12th pass plus ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Electrician, Fitter, Ref. and AC Mechanic, Electronic Mechanic, Information Communication Technology System Maintenance, Information Technology, Computer Hardware and Network Maintenance, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Power Electronics System, Plumbers, Welders and Carpenters, from a Government ITI or Government-aided ITI (Tamil Nadu), minimum 60% aggregate in ITI; private-ITI candidates are not eligible. Age as on 01 October 2026: 18-33 years, with usual relaxation for reserved categories per Tamil Nadu Government Rules, plus 30% horizontal reservation for women candidates. Package: CTC Rs. 28,165 per month, no claim of regularisation.

Selection: Merit cum Reservation, Document Verification and Screening including a qualifying Tamil language Reading, Writing and Speaking Proficiency Test (exempt for those who studied Tamil as a subject in 10th standard); suitable candidates empanelled for 02 years.
