Senior Resident in Pathology on adhoc basis

The Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (GIPMER), Government of NCT of Delhi, has invited applications for 2 posts of Senior Resident in the Pathology Department on a purely adhoc basis for 44 days, or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier. The interview is on 04 November 2026 at 12:00 noon in the Pathology Department (reporting time 11:00 AM). Applications in the prescribed form (Annexure-I) must reach the D-Block, 5th Floor, Academic Cell, GIPMER, on or before 02 November 2026 up to 04:00 PM.

Eligibility and pay

Applicants must have passed MBBS with a PG Degree or Diploma in Pathology from a recognised university or institution and be registered with the Delhi Medical Council. Candidates who have applied for DMC registration may also apply, and must produce the DMC certificate with PG qualification before joining. The pay is Rs. 67,700 per month plus usual allowances as admissible under the rules. The age limit is 50 years on the last date of application, with relaxation as per rules. Selected candidates must join within 3 days of the offer. No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the interview, and the number of posts is indicative and may vary.
