Age and qualification

Upper age limit: 62 years for Manager, 50 years for Junior Sous Chef, 45 years for the rest; relaxation for posts 2 to 5 of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC, plus Ex-Servicemen relaxation per rules. Manager (Purchase): Graduate in Engineering/Commerce/Business Administration or other relevant discipline, minimum 6 years Government/PSU/reputed organisation experience, minimum 5 years in Contract/Purchase/Stores/Procurement, with practical GeM Portal tender experience. Junior Sous Chef: Graduate with certification in Food Production; Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts/Food Production preferred; minimum 4 years hospitality/flight kitchen/institutional catering/cloud kitchen experience, or 10+2 with culinary certification plus minimum 5 years in a food production department of a major hotel chain/hotel of repute; knowledge of Continental, Curry and Tandoor. Commis-I (Indian): Diploma/Graduate with certification in Food Production; minimum 5 years in a Food Production department of a major hotel chain/hotel of repute; knowledge of Continental and Indian Curry. Commis-I (Bakery and Confectionery): Diploma/Graduate with certification in Bakery and Confectionery; minimum 2 years hospitality/flight kitchen/institutional catering/cloud kitchen, or 10+2 with culinary certification plus minimum 5 years in a Baker and Confectioner Department of a major hotel chain/hotel of repute.
