Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL), a joint venture of IOCL, NTPC, Coal India, FCIL and HFCL operating natural gas-based fertiliser complexes at Gorakhpur, Sindri and Barauni, has invited online applications for 11 Executive posts under Detailed Advertisement No. E/05/2026 dated 16 October 2026 — 8 Regular Executive posts and 3 Fixed Term Contract posts. Regular Executive (8): Ammonia 1, Contracts & Materials 3, Mechanical 2, Urea 2. Fixed Term Contract (3): Security 1, Medical 2. Grades run from Senior Engineer/Officer up to Additional Chief Manager, across Ammonia, Urea, Contracts & Materials, Mechanical, Security and Medical.

Eligibility, age and pay

Candidates need a discipline-specific degree as per the post — full-time regular Engineering degree in Chemical or Mechanical with minimum 60% marks, or a full-time MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management for Contracts & Materials posts, or an MBBS degree with a certificate/diploma in Industrial Health for Medical posts — with post-specific experience ranging from 4 years (Senior Engineer) to 16 years (Additional Chief Manager). The maximum age is 32–44 years for Regular posts (post-dependent) and up to 55 years for the FTC Senior Manager (Security) post, as on 30 September 2026. Pay scales run from Rs. 40,000–1,40,000 (FTC Officer, CTC about Rs. 12.80 lakh per annum) to Rs. 90,000–2,40,000 (Additional Chief Manager, CTC about Rs. 35.30 lakh per annum). Regular posts carry a one-year probation; FTC engagement is initially for 3 years, extendable by 2 more years.
