Qualification

Essential qualification/experience: M.Tech., M.S. or M.Phil. or equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering or an appropriate discipline; or B.Tech., B.E., M.Sc., M.C.A., LLM, CA, CMA, CS, MBA or other professional qualification or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience; or B.C.A., B.Sc., B.A., B.Com., B.B.A. or LLB or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in Teaching, Research, Industrial, Design and Development, IT or Administration in an organisation or industry of repute. Percentage/grade points: minimum 60 percent or equivalent grade from graduation onwards and 55 percent or equivalent grade in Class 10 and 12. Desirable: knowledge of Computer Networks, Wireless Communications, working knowledge of Linux Systems, and willingness to pursue a Ph.D. at IIT Gandhinagar.
