LIC Housing Finance Limited has issued the "LICHFL Apprenticeship Program-010 — Advertisement Notification" (Batch 10), for 232 apprentices, with a state- and city-wise vacancy distribution in Table E of the notification. The apprenticeship period is 12 months, starting in November (tentative). The monthly stipend is Rs. 16,650 for metro cities (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Surat) and Rs. 14,150 for other cities. The apprenticeship is NOT employment, and apprentices are ONLY trainees; a Proficiency Certificate is issued by BOAT on successful completion. Eligibility

Age 20 to 25 years as on 01 October 2026. Graduation in any stream, completed as on 01 October 2026 but not before 1 October 2001, as printed in the notification. Applications are online only, with mandatory NATS portal registration first.

Fee and selection

The examination fee is non-refundable, payable online only to the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India: SC/ST Rs. 200 plus GST; Person with Benchmark Disability Rs. 200 plus GST; General, EWS and OBC (Male) Rs. 800 plus GST; General, EWS and OBC (Female/Transgender) Rs. 600 plus GST. The last date to pay the examination fee is 1 November 2026. Selection is by an entrance examination by BFSI SSC — online, remote-proctored, 100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes (General/Financial Awareness 25, General English 25, Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude 25, Quantitative Aptitude 25; medium English/Hindi). Candidates shortlisted on the examination result are invited for document verification and personal interview at LIC HFL offices.
