The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has invited applications for 2 Group General Manager (Design - Underground) posts under Vacancy Notice No. 44/2026 (No. NCRTC/HR/Rectt./44/2026, dated 26 October 2026) — 1 by Deputation and 1 by Immediate Absorption, with a separate application for each mode. Applications are open from 26 October 2026 and the last date is 25 November 2026. No application fee is stated anywhere in the notice. The hard copy of the submitted application must also reach NCRTC by 25 November 2026.

Eligibility, age and pay

Candidates need a full-time B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 18 years of Group 'A' service for IRSE officers at SAG/NF-SAG level, OR a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience at E1/L8 (Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 / Rs. 47,600-1,51,100) or above in Central or State Government, CPSEs, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies or Government Instrumentalities, including a minimum of 12 years of experience in designing Metro or Railway underground structures (tunnels, underground stations, TBM segments, NATM tunnels, cut and cover, cross passages, shafts). A service bond of Rs. 5 lakh + GST applies on Immediate Absorption. The maximum age is 55 years as on 26 October 2026. The pay is E8 Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (IDA) for Immediate Absorption and L14 Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200 (CDA) on Deputation. Selection is by interview (minimum 60%).
