The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has issued Advertisement No. A-5/E-1/2026 dated 4 November 2026 for the Miscellaneous Examination, covering three examinations: Assistant Architect Planner Examination-2026, Sports Officer Examination-2026 and Programmer Grade-2 Examination-2026. Online applications run from 4 November 2026 to 4 December 2026, the fee deposition last date is 4 December 2026, the fee reconciliation last date is 11 December 2026, and the modification (correction) window runs from 4 November 2026 to 11 December 2026. Who can apply

Assistant Architect Planner: Degree in Architecture plus a Degree or Diploma in Town and Country Planning, Housing, or equivalent. Sports Officer: Graduate plus a Diploma in Coaching (National Institute of Sports or equivalent) with 2 years of coaching experience. Programmer Grade-II: Graduate plus PGDCA or 'A' Level (DOEACC). Age is reported as 21 to 40 years as on 1 July 2026; this figure also rests on the secondary reports and needs confirmation from the official advertisement.

Fee

Rs. 225 for General, OBC and EWS candidates; Rs. 105 for SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen; Rs. 25 for PwBD candidates. Fee deposition closes on 4 December 2026.

Pay

Assistant Architect Planner: Rs. 15,600–39,100 with Grade Pay Rs. 5,400 (Level-10). Sports Officer: Rs. 47,600–1,51,100 (Level-8). Programmer Grade-II: Rs. 9,300–34,800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4,600. These pay figures rest on the secondary reports and need confirmation from the official advertisement.

Selection
