The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) has published the provisional selection list for Common Recruitment 2025, Notification No. 02/2025 dated 21 August 2025 — Grade II Police Constable, Grade II Jail Warder and Fireman. The list was published on 1 November 2026.

The vacancies — a correction to the claim

The claim of '3,644 Constable posts' is incorrect: 3,644 is the total across all three posts — Grade II Police Constable 2,833, Grade II Jail Warder 180 (142 men + 38 women), Fireman 631 — plus 21 shortfall vacancies (ST, Grade II Police Constable).
