Eligibility
Ph.D. in Food Technology, Food Technology & Management and Food and allied Sciences, including Basic Sciences relevant to Food Science, with a minimum of one (01) year of experience in food processing, food regulation, and/or food quality. Desirable: proven expertise/exposure in nutraceutical sector, food safety and food adulteration awareness initiatives, food-processing policies, and issues related to ultra-processed foods; experience/expertise in capacity building and preparing policy or scheme drafts.
