NHIDCL Senior Associate Recruitment 2026 — 25 posts

The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (NHIDCL) has invited online applications for 25 Senior Associate posts at the Young Professional level, under Recruitment Notice No. 08/2026 dated 4 November 2026, at NHIDCL headquarters, New Delhi. The engagement is purely contractual, as an independent consultant (not as staff or employee), for a fixed tenure of 2 years, extendable by 1 year up to a maximum of 3 years, subject to review by the Consultants' Review Committee.

Posts and pay

Senior Associate — 25 posts: Technical 15, Human Resources 4, Legal 3, Information Technology 3. The number of posts may increase or decrease. The consolidated consultancy fee is Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month, in slabs based on post-qualification experience as per Annexure-I of the notice, inclusive of all applicable taxes, with no other facility or allowance, and a 5 percent annual enhancement. Payment is made monthly within 7 days of the completion of the month.

Eligibility

All four areas require 2 to 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience AND a minimum of 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector — NHAI, NHIDCL, NH Wings of State PWDs and similar — with documentary proof. Technical: degree in Civil Engineering (preference for a Master's in Civil, Structural, Construction Management or allied fields), with experience in DPR appraisal, design review, construction supervision, contract management and quality control of highway, bridge and tunnel projects. Human Resources: MBA in HR or equivalent, with experience in recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, service matters, training and HR policy. Legal: LLB or LLM, or a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Law, with experience in legal advice, drafting and vetting agreements and contracts, litigation, arbitration and regulatory compliance. Information Technology: B.E. or B.Tech. in Computer Science, IT, Networks or Electronics and Communication, or M.Tech. in Cyber Security or Network Management, or MCA, with experience in IT infrastructure, network management, software and application management, database administration, cybersecurity and digital transformation.

Age

The upper age limit is 45 years as on the date of issue of the recruitment advertisement, for all four areas. No minimum age is stated.

Fee
